The assessment for the Learning and development design to create value unit (5LD02) requires you to design a learning and development programme, and for this design to be presented in an appropriate format in the appendices. I created this template for my learners to use. It prompts you to include all the relevant elements that enable you to meet the criteria and my learners have received great feedback on their work. So, I thought I’d share it.
